The Lumi Project – Artist Profile Terms

By submitting your artist profile to The Lumi Project, you agree to the following:
1. What You’re Allowing Us to Do
You give us permission to display your artist name, bio, image (if provided), and links (such as Spotify, YouTube, and social media) on our website.
We may also include your links in playlists, blog posts, and other promotional or editorial content.
2. You Own Your Content
You keep full ownership of everything you submit.
We are only using it to showcase and promote your profile.
3. You Have the Right to Share It
You confirm that you are the artist, or have permission to represent the artist, and that you have the rights to everything you submit.
4. Links Only – We Don’t Host Your Music
We do not upload, host, or stream your music.
All music is accessed through your provided links (like Spotify or YouTube), and stays on those platforms.
5. Playlists & Blog Features
We may include your links in curated playlists or mention you in blog posts to help promote your work.
These always point back to your own platforms.
6. We Are a Commercial Platform (But Not Using Your Content for Profit)
The Lumi Project may run ads, promote its own music, or earn revenue in other ways.
However, we do not sell, license, or make money directly from your submitted content, music, or identity without your permission.
7. Our Radio Station Music
The Lumi Project may broadcast or stream music that it fully owns or has rights to use.
We do not broadcast or stream music that you submit or link to.
8. Platform Role (Important)
The Lumi Project is a promotional and discovery platform for artists.
It does not act as a music streaming or distribution service for submitted artist content.
9. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for what you submit.
It must not violate copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
10. Approval & Removal
Submitting your profile does not guarantee it will be published
We can remove content at any time
You can request removal anytime
11. Liability Protection
We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or legal claims related to the content you submit.
